The Office For Standards In Education (Ofsted) are responsible for all inspections and regulations in childminding.
The National Childminding Association (NCMA) provides information and support.
As an accredited Childminder I can offer funded sessions for 3 to 5 year olds. I incorporate activities in our learning environment which cover the Development Matters of the Early Years Foundation Stage. Parents can have their child claiming 5 funded sessions with me or have some sessions with pre-school and the rest with me.
